  • Do not haul heavy loads (light hauling OK) for 24 hours after getting your new bedliner.

  • Clean your bedliner with plain soap, water, and a bristle brush. High pressure water washing is also OK.

  • Apply Just Once 3-4 times per year.

  • NEVER use paste wax on your bedliner (it will leave a stain).

  • Car wash spray waxes are OK and will not harm your liner.

  • Although your liner will not rust, rust will stain the liner. Always clean the liner after hauling rusty items.

  1. Certified Sprayer Technicians - The uniform, fine grain textured appearance of our liners depends on sprayer technique and skills. That’s why we put our technicians through a rigorous 6-12 months of training. And ONLY those that pass our training AND testing become Certified Sprayers.

  2. Proprietary 9 Step Taping System – The laser straight, ultra sharp bedliner lines we are known for are created in the very first step we take to prepare a truck for spraying. We use special materials, techniques, and training for our Prep Technicians to create these results.

  3. Triple Cleaning Procedure – Before spraying we carefully air wash, wipe with alcohol (using a rag folding technique), and air wash again, every square inch of truck bed. This is to make sure it’s 100% debris free. That way you’ll never have a delamination problem.

  4. High Volume Exhaust Spray Area – The critical steps of bed cleaning and spraying are done in an enclosed area equipped with a high volume air filtered exhaust system. This ensures a particulate free spray environment, and therefore no delamination problems later.

  5. Fine Texture Spray Techniques – We’ve developed a special proprietary spraying method unique to the industry that gives our beds a very uniform, fine grain textured appearance. Our Certified Sprayers must complete 6-12 months of training and testing in this method.

  6. Quality Assurance Program – As part of our Quality Assurance Program, we measure and record the exact amount of material sprayed into the bed of every truck we do. These records help us validate warranty claims, and monitor the performance of our Certified Sprayers.

  7. 13 Point After Job Inspection – After every job, before the bedliner is completed, we perform a 13 point quality inspection checking for everything from tape marks and overspray, to surface imperfections and re-attachment of all hardware. Any problems are immediately corrected.

  8. Lifetime Warranty – Your bedliner is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material for as long as you own your truck. This warranty is honored at any Spray-On Bedliner location. Every customer is given a Certificate of Warranty.

  9. On top of everything we do to install the highest quality bedliner into your truck.

  10. BBB seal of approval.
